A attempt has been made at producing a user-friendly packaging of PD with all the necessary elements for performing Madonna (or other works involving DX based synthesis, and/or samplers). It can be downloaded here
The Pd bundle in the dmg file is based on work by Hans-Christoph Steiner avaiable here, although substantial modifications have been made.
These include stripping out any uneeded libraries and documentation, and the addition of the following:
