More work done on dssi~.
- ‘Less Trivial Synth’, ‘Hexter’, and ‘Fluidsynth’ now all load with GUIs.
- ‘Less Trivial Synth’ can now be used with full functionality, i.e. with synthesis control from the GUI for 1 instance, and polyphonic MIDI.
