Copy EIV 'Wheel' disk and check against the score/recording.

The EIV zip disk was copied by loading the contents into memory in the Esynth, and then saving the data back to a different disk. It was noted that each copy of the material suffered from a bug that was present on the original disk. This bug consists of irregular loading patterns, with the Bank load often failing after a certain percentage. It was decided that the best solution for this was to advise Germany that if they encountered problems, the presets should be loaded individually into P01 and P02 respectively. Once the disk had been copied, the sampler part in the score was performed by LC along with playback from the CD.
